We are so excited that you will be a part of our neighborhood! Welcome! The new neighbor checklist includes items applicable to our neighborhood.

  • Contact Environmental Development Partners, EDP, for your water connection.
  • Contact Texas Pride Disposal if your trash is not being picked up.
  • Contact Centerpoint Energy for your electric and gas connection.
  • If you have not received a neighborhood Welcome Packet from your Block Contact, please contact them to obtain one.
  • Contact your Block Contact to be added to our neighborhood email distribution list to obtain neighborhood news.
  • For your security system, be sure to register for an alarm permit with the Harris County Sheriff's Office Alarm Detail office by calling (713)755-4600 or visiting https://www.hcsoalarmpermit.com.
  • If you plan to make any changes to the exterior of your home, fence, etc., you must obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Review our Deed Restrictions and contact your applicable ACC.
