The women of Champions originally formed a Garden club in 1966. The membership grew so that in 1972, the club changed its name to Champions Women's Club. The CWC began fifty-two years ago as a platform to meet new residents and form lasting friendships. Today, the organization continues to thrive and be an active part of this vibrant community and promotes an outstanding opportunity for our members to enjoy fellowship and friendship with one another. The Women's Club also encourages member participation in the Special Interest groups listed below. Each year, the Women's Club hosts the Kick-Off Party in August, the Christmas Open House in early December, and the Spring Luncheon in early May. The Special Interest Groups meet throughout the year. The Hospitality Committee prepares refreshments for the Kick-Off Party and the Christmas Open House. The Women's Club year runs from August through May. New officers are installed each May.
