Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for reviewing, granting, or withholding approval of constructions plans and specifications on all new construction and on all exterior modifications to existing homes within the subdivision. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • New construction.
  • Remodeling and/or additions.
  • Re-roofing, repainting, replacing siding, doors, and/or windows.
  • Changing color schemes.
  • Replacing driveways, sidewalks, fences.
  • Installing fences, gates, mailboxes, play equipment, satellite discs, and similar work.
  • Solar Panel Installation
  • Carports
  • All fencing

No project may start without approval from the ACC. The Committee is also responsible for maintaining and enforcing compliance with respect to the quality of materials and harmony of design and monitoring alterations with respect to topography and finished grade elevation.  

Effective July 1, 2026 all Architectural Approval Requests will now be forwarded to the Architectural Control Committee through the following link:

This link will forward you to the Community Foundation Association Management(CFAM) Company portal where you will see instructions for filling out and submitting your request after you Login and enter your Password.   Additional instructions for homeowners submitting an ACC request through the CFAM owner portal after logging in follow:

1. Select Requests.

2. Click New Request.

3. Choose Architectural Request.

4. Complete the application request form and upload any supporting documents before submitting.

5. Click Submit

 

**NOTE - It is not necessary to login to the CFAM portal in order to submit an ACC request.  Simply email your request and supporting documents to [email protected] or call (832) 304-3711 for assistance.

 

*NOTE - Application Fees

ACC Application Fee: $25.00 (required for all Architectural Control Committee requests) 

New Home Application Fee: $100.00 (required for all new home construction applications) 

 

Payment Instructions

Please include the applicable application fee with your submission. Applications will not be processed until the required fee has been received.

 

Three Payment Options:

  • Online: Submit payment through your homeowner portal.
  • By Phone: Call our office at (832) 304-3711 to make a payment.
  • By Check: Make checks payable to Champions Community Improvement Association and mail to:
